The "Green Suite" has a queen sized bed and two single beds, with a private bath. The cost per night, for four persons, is $180, tax included. ($160 if cash or check) The "green door" leads out to a private deck area.
The "Front Suite" also has a queen sized bed with two single beds and "en suite" toilet, sink & shower facilities. The differences are in the layout, color scheme and location. The "Front Suite" is at the front of the B&B, cost is $180 per night, Texas hotel/motel tax included. ($160 cash or check) 
The "Orange Room", upstairs, has a queen sized bed and a great view of the surrounding fields and the swimming pool. A balcony serving the two rooms upstairs makes a great spot for your morning cup of coffee, or for smokers to enjoy a "quiet moment". Cost for one or two guests is $100 per night, tax included. ($80 if cash or check)  Another corner of the "Orange Room".

The "Cowboy Room", downstairs, has a queen sized bed and private bath with tub. It is at the back of the B&B, with hardwood floors and a window looking out at the pasture. Cost for one or two guests is $110 per night, tax included. ($90 if paid by cash or check)  The B&B kitchen has a full sized refrigerator for guest use, as well as dishwasher, stove, toaster oven and a microwave, to make popcorn easy while watching movies or satellite TV. Some of our guests have used the facilities to show off their gourmet cooking skills to family & friends.  The dining room looks out over the pasture and to the swimming pool. In the summer the hummingbird feeders hanging in the bay window host up to 10 "hummers" at a time, in the winter the cardinals feed on the seed in the large feeder by the game room, providing a live show for our human diners.  The "Community Room" has CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes and satellite TV...as well as comfortable chairs and sofas for "kicking back". The antiques are functional, rather than fragile, and the leather couch and chair invite our guests to settle in and relax, leaving life behind.  The "Entry Hall" opens from the front porch and leads into the community room, through the French door. |
